Service Disconnection
Please Note: If your City of Lauderhill water service has been disconnected, once a payment has been made, please call and speak directly with a Customer Service Representative at (954) 730-3030. After normal business hours, call (954) 714-3132 and leave a message with your name, address, telephone number and payment confirmation.

Calls received Monday through Thursday between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm will be reconnected on the same day. Calls received between Thursday 7:00 pm and Friday 3:00 pm will be turned on by 4:00 pm on Friday. All calls received after 3:00 pm on Friday will be resolved the next business day.
